At AutoDotPK, we are committed to delivering high-quality engine oils and automotive products to our customers throughout Pakistan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unopened (seals intact)
  • In its original packaging with all labels attached
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items that have been opened, used, or installed will NOT be eligible for return

Important: Engine oils and automotive fluids that have broken seals or show signs of use cannot be returned due to safety and quality standards.


Return Fees

ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO:

  • 20% RESTOCKING FEE (deducted from your refund amount)
  • BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

Example: If you purchased PKR 5,000 worth of products, a PKR 1,000 restocking fee will be deducted, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at autodotpk@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our response with return authorization
  4. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Clearance Items

  • Clearance items are strictly final sale and non-refundable for any reason or at any time
  • No exceptions
  • These items consist of products that are the last in stock in our inventory
  • Items may have slight cosmetic damage to packaging or labels
  • Should there be any blemishes, we detail the minor defects in the product description
  • Most items have signs of normal wear and tear on packaging only
  • Product quality and performance are never compromised
  • Financing is not available for Clearance/Final Sale items

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used engine oils and fluids
  • Products with broken seals
  • Installed or mounted products
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom or special order items

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is leaking or contaminated

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Minor cosmetic issues with packaging or labels that do not affect the product quality or performance will not be approved for exchange or refund.

Package Protection (Optional)

We offer Route Package Protection for all orders placed directly through our site:

  • This is optional shipping insurance
  • Can be added or removed on the cart page before placing your order
  • We HIGHLY recommend adding insurance to your order
  • Protects your order if it's lost or damaged during transit

Important: Choosing to exclude Route Package Protection will disqualify your order from receiving reimbursement or replacement for shipping-related issues.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit and you have added Package Protection, please file a claim directly at: https://claims.route.com/


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (following our return process)
  2. Once the return is accepted and processed
  3. Make a separate purchase for the new item

This ensures you get the product you need without delays.


Refund Process

Timeline

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  2. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  3. If approved, the refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Refund Amount

  • Original purchase amount
  • MINUS 20% restocking fee
  • MINUS return shipping costs (if applicable)

Cancelled Orders

For orders cancelled within 1 day of purchase (before shipping):

  • The original charge may be voided rather than refunded
  • In this case, you may not see a refund credit, as the charge was never fully processed

Price Matches

  • Price matches will not be given to orders that have already been processed and/or shipped
  • Price matches will be determined on a case-by-case basis before order processing
  • Price matches will not be given to other retailers who may hold their own sales
  • Contact us at autodotpk@gmail.com before placing your order to inquire about price matching

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately at autodotpk@gmail.com
  2. Provide photos of the defect
  3. Include your order number
  4. We will arrange for replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
  5. No restocking fee will be applied to defective products
